DEN Finland Ltd will separate its Premises business into an independent company called Talliosake Oy on 1 January 2023

DEN Finland’s Homes business will remain in DEN Finland Ltd, and the Premises business will form a new company, Talliosake Oy, at the beginning of 2023. Both companies belong to the DEN Group.

DEN Finland’s Home business includes Designtalo, Finnlamelli and Ainoakoti. The Premises business includes Talliosake, which, at the beginning of the year, will consist of two companies, Talliosake Oy and Talliosake Sweden AB. Talliosake Sweden is a subsidiary of Talliosake Oy.

Jussi Niemelä will continue as CEO of the DEN Group. At the beginning of 2023, Otto Tarkiainen will start as CEO of DEN Finland Ltd and Petri Nieminen as CEO of Talliosake Oy. The employees of the Premises business will transfer to Talliosake Oy under the old conditions.

”Homes and Premises are two different businesses. Our owners still see a great deal of potential in both businesses and want to invest in their development by taking into account the special features of both business areas even better than before. The division will also enable different ownership arrangements in the future,” CEO Jussi Niemelä says.
