DEN Group receives Great Place to Work certification

DEN Group has been certified as a great workplace by Great Place to Work. To be awarded this certificate, an organization’s Trust Index must be over 70.

The Trust Index score shows what percentage of respondents thinks their workplace is either good or very good. In Finnish companies, the average Trust Index score is 56, whereas DEN reached the score of 72. The survey question stating that the workplace is overall a good one received an index score of 84 from DEN employees.

People and culture – these are the cornerstones of a company’s success. Expertise and knowledge required for running a successful business are always human skills, skills that people possess. We at DEN have realized this and that is why we invest resources in a strong company culture and leadership.
